Each DeenStory book is made especially for your child and requires detailed personalisation. Your child’s name is carefully edited in more than 10 places throughout the book, along with a custom dedication and message page. This level of care means every order takes time to prepare correctly.

Delivery timeframes (from order date)

• UK customers: Please allow up to 2 weeks in total from the date you place your order for your book to arrive
  
• Customers outside the UK: Please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks in total from the date you place your order for delivery
  

In many cases, orders may arrive sooner. These timeframes are provided to ensure we can carefully personalise and deliver each book without rushing the process.

Returns

As each book is personalised and created especially for your child, returns or exchanges are not accepted. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, we will be happy to review the issue and arrange a replacement.
