Returns and Refunds Policy
At DeenStory, we specialise in creating personalised Islamic books for kids that are thoughtfully made for each individual child. Because of the personalised nature of our products, our returns and refunds policy is outlined clearly below.
Personalised items
All DeenStory books are personalised and made to order. Each book requires detailed customisation, including editing your child’s name in multiple places throughout the story, as well as creating a custom dedication and message page.
For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted for personalised items if you change your mind or if incorrect details were provided at the time of ordering.
We kindly ask customers to carefully check all personalisation details before placing an order.
Damaged or faulty items
We take great care in producing and packaging our personalised Islamic books for kids. However, if your order arrives damaged or contains a printing error, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
In such cases:

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order

Provide clear photos showing the damage or printing issue

Include your order number in your message
Once reviewed, and if the issue is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement copy to be sent. Where appropriate, we reserve the right to resend the book rather than offering a refund.
Incorrect personalisation due to our error
If a mistake has occurred due to an error on our part, such as incorrect spelling or layout that does not match the details you submitted, we will correct this and send a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect personalisation due to customer input
If incorrect personalisation details were entered at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or replacement. As each book is created specifically based on the information provided, accuracy at the time of ordering is essential.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered on personalised Islamic books for kids unless the item is deemed faulty and a replacement cannot reasonably be provided.
If a refund is approved in exceptional circumstances, it will be processed back to the original payment method.
